Husband asking for settlement in mediation center, also filed the case

My husband is asking for a settlement in mediation centre detail and side by side he is fileing a case against me through marriage act 7 in bhiwani for the custody of my male child and girl is with me previously he gave a settlement affidavit in panchayat pls guide me what should I do he is unemployed and staying with me in relationship Hindu marriage He even put a allocation that i killed my first baby girl child too
Hello..if you don't want to go for settlement you can file a case against him for domestic violence or u/s 125 of CrPC maintenance for wife and child..Putting an allegation is not sufficient onus is on the person who put such allegation and if he doesn't have sufficient proof you need not to worry about it.Thank you.
