Child custody in case of divorce

Hello, I am a 32 year old Hindu woman with a 14 month child. I lived with my husband in our rented apartment in Delhi. My parents also live in Delhi but 10 minutes away from us. My in laws live in Kolkata. Last month my husband and I got into a fight regarding his mother and as a result he told me to leave the house in an hour. He called my father and asked him to come & collect me within an hour. My father did as he asked and now me and my son are living with my parents. I do not wish to go back to him. Can you please let me know about my son's custody in case I apply for divorce. I dont have a job as of now. I left working 3 years back to take a break. I intend to start working again. Thanks.
I first of all mam good evening u can apply for divorce and all and the custody of the child where we can file a case of Dv and Hindu marriage act and all u can also tel the court that u will be needing maintenance and all for the child maintencr and all where would u tell them that u need to educate child And all
