Child custody and maintenance claim help needed against mental torture

Dear Sir/Mam
I have been married for last 8 years and have 2.5 years old daughter. One month after my marriage my mother in law started behaving very badly with me and the bad behaviour went to abusive behaviour. For no reason she insults me in front of relatives,maids and others.Situation got worse after my daughters birth. My husband and father in law knows everything but never supported me or raised their voice.Situation got so worst that I left that house with my daughter and went to stay with my parents.After 4 months my husband hired a rented house and we started leaving there but soon within 7 days my husband stared mental torture to me and pressuring me to return and stay with his mother.I denied as I know they are taking me back just to avoid society but again this torture will start.My husband is now threatening me that if I don't return he will divorce me and claim my daughter custody.
My question is how will I get my daughters custody as I earn only 5000 per month.plz help
do not return to your parents house, stay at your husbands house, it is not so easy to divorce, there are ways to handle this. I do not even want you divorce, nor leave the house, claiming daughters custody till age of 7 is difficult, so brainwash your daughter if necessary. properly planning needs to be done to trap your husband
