Can Written Objection be Filed in the situation where the ADJ absent

Hi, I am a Hindu and I have filed for a divorce and simultaneously for child custody also . My location is Kolkata, West Bengal . The case is filed in District and session Judge Alipore court . The concerned Adj under whom the case is subjudice is absent from his position. I this respect I would like to know whether the opposite party can still file for written Objection or not . In the absence of the ADJ.

yes it can still be filed and kept on record there is no bar to it, but where is the problem if written objection is filed. what are the full details of your case to guide you better further. you also need to share petitions and inform what are the orders that have been passed so that it gets easier to guide and help you better
