Can child custody clause be altered if I remarry

28-Jan-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
I am a mother of a 9 year old girl child. We are divorced and the present custody clause states that the primary custody is with the father and I have unrestricted visitation rights. Will my rights be revoked or will the clause change if i plan to remarry or my rights prevail as per the exis ting custody agreement? Also, in case my ex husband remarries can i move the court for primary custody of my child?

Hi as you said the girl child custody is with her father than there Will be no change in your visitation rights. Only if you are having custody and marry second time than only thing can be changed. If you had not agreed on mutual terms you can custody of your girl child, mother has first priority for her girl child.
