Wrong name on NBW warrant of the cheque bounce case.

Respected sir/madam.
I got cheque bounce NBW warrant in wrong name. For example my name is 'Rahul Yadav' and name of my shop is 'Sai enterprises'. The name mentioned on warrant is 'Sai Rahul'. So should I accept the warrant?. The address mentioned on the warrant is of old shop which i dont use now and the police with the complainant is coming to my house which is of different address than warrant and the complainant is assisting the police that i am that person but they have put wrong name on warrant. Shall i accept the warrant? if i don't accept than the police can forcefully arrest me listening to those who assist them? My Full Name mentioned on my legal documents like adhar or pan card is Rahul Narayan Yadav. Please reply.

there are many instances in which slight change in name occurs but check with the cause title of the case file .IN case if it resembles your name then you can advance the case and recall the Warrent along with a bail application .it is a simple one .In case if it is not resembling your name then blankly reject it .in case if he again creates any problem then give then our number stating SPP wants to talk to you .then we will speak on behalf of you.

Dear Sir,
Never make issues with police. Just voluntarily surrender before the court and get bail then file an application to dismiss the same under section 203 of CrPC by producing your aadhaar card etc. The complainant cannot misled the court. You can approach High Court for quashing

As stated in other forum you are bound to accept the summons if not police will have power to arrest you its advisable to take the summons and tell police you will appear on next hearing date apply bail and contest the case. Police has full power to arrest you if its a NBW
