When cheque deposited in bank, payment is stopped by Drawero

What are the remedies available for me to realise my money. Please give advice and i want to take action for getting my money back.
If you deposited the cheque and it bounced and u got info as drawee stopped the cheque to pass, u can send notice to drawee and after one week if he did not respond then u can file a case in court and you get ur amount back

hi if the cheque is stopped by the drawer of the bank then you could send him cheque bounce notice tk him to repay within a period of 15 days and if he does not respond then you could file cheque bounce case in court and could seek compensation and return of amount
