What to do incase accused has shifted abroad

Dear sir.this is inbal from chennai am Hindu age 28.am accused person I atten 3 times in court then it shifted to consumer court after april 2017 I didn't attend court and am n abroad now.what will happen and what I have to do ?
Have you obtain bail from the court by executing surety how. By solvent surety or by cash surety first let me know. Court has granted conditions that u should be present all date provided advocate can file application to exempt your personal appearance and can manage but completely he cannot manage but it can be done met a good advocate and he will do work for you by providing fees to him.

Whether it is a consumer Court or magistrate Court. If it is magistrate court then if amount is manageable deposit it in court and ask mercy or one time settlement. You need not worry. It will take long time....more advise ghrough emails, if interested.

if your case is going on in consumer court then it is not a matter of great concern and you may even win that case. You should be in touch with your advocate and be guided by him/her. On the contrary if you lose the case you will have to either appeal or pay up.
