What to do if money given to friend and he is not returning

I GAVE A HAND LOAN OF Rs.30,000 TO MY FRIEND.HE HAS GIVEN A CHEQUE OF HIS MOTHER FOR THE AMOUNT.NOW THE CHEQUE IS BOUNCED AND HE IS NOT RESPONDING.CAN I FILE A CHEQUE BOUNCE CASE ON HIM?

your friend's mother gave you cheque and the account is on her name. Your friend is not concerned to the cheque. you can file cheque bounce case not on your friend, you have to file on your friend's mother. His mother is liable not your friend

Yes definitely you can file cheque bounce case. Before filing cheque bounce case initially you have to give a mandatory 30 days notice immediately from the date of reciept of the cheque bounce memo from the bank and you have to send the notice to your friends mother for dishonoring of the said cheque.

You Cannot file a cheque bounce case on him, because the cheque issued by her mother in this situation you need to have direct talk to his mother and explain the thing or else i will go legally with given cheque lets see how she will respond.
