Q: Accident - no compensation - confused on how to approach

Hi,I met with an accident involving my Car with a goods carries who was speeding his way while i was crossing the junction. My car got badly damaged and his too a bit although life was saved due to airbags in my vehicle. I reached Police filed for Fir which they denied and gave me only an acknowledgement and "Damage certificate" as they said no one was injured in the crash. - They fined the driver with 1000 for rash driving and said me to file for third party claim from his insurance provider in court. As i spoke to the owner of vehicle he said he would not compensate me - now im helpless my vehicle damage was considered a total loss and im being compensated the idv that i declared (which was very low ) and i wanted to claim from driver/insurance company - how do i proceed with this and what would be the eta in court. ( can i take the idv from my company and ask the court to tell the other insurance company to pay the rest amount of the vehicle ?) thanks

You can claim the insurance amount from the goods carrier lorry or from your car insurer. Initially insurance people will reject your claim and try to settle with meager amount, so you have to approach competent forum to claim full amount in actuals or you may also file suit against the lorry owner for compensation. for more information contact me.

Q: Hai sir, my brother wife is not coming to live with him

Hai sir, my brother wife is not coming to live with him. She is at her parents home from last 1 year six months. We approached lawyer to send notice her to come back. They replied to that notice stating some base less arguments. Next which step which we need to take it. I mean do we need file case in court for divorce or what. Our lawyer is not responding properly. It is 2months over.We have asked leagal notice copy to us. But he said it can't be given.

I GAVE A HAND LOAN OF Rs.30,000 TO MY FRIEND.HE HAS GIVEN A CHEQUE OF HIS MOTHER FOR THE AMOUNT.NOW THE CHEQUE IS BOUNCED AND HE IS NOT RESPONDING.CAN I FILE A CHEQUE BOUNCE CASE ON HIM?

Yes definitely you can file cheque bounce case. Before filing cheque bounce case initially you have to give a mandatory 30 days notice immediately from the date of reciept of the cheque bounce memo from the bank and you have to send the notice to your friends mother for dishonoring of the said cheque.

Q: How to claim my PF if i have been terminated from my job

I am a school teacher in a reputed private school.I have been working in this school for the last fourteen years with dedication. But the employer has been exploiting us right from the begining without providing leaves and basic rights like provident fund, ESI,and gratituity. Even he exploits with out paying summer vacation ie.May month salary for all these years. Moreover he is now threatening to terminate me from my job with out giving any gratituity and with out any reason.he did not give me any appointment letter at the time joining.But he has been crediting my salary in my bank. So if I want to claim any gratituity what could I do? Please advise.

You can file a complaint before labour court and before PF commissioner with a proofs showing that you are the employee of that school. Then they will send notices to that school and resolve the dispute.

Q: Wife threatening to commit suicide if I file for divorce

Iam from india and working in UAE i am married with 2 minor children since my marriage in 2010 there has been dispute between my wife and my family my wife did not stay in my home much time every time she complains that my family has done mistake hence i called her to stay with me but here also i found her disobedient against me and my family any issues she will relate to my family and fight recently she has crossed all limits and abused my mother and me even she has physical attacks on infront of children shes threating me that if i tell to anyone she will commit suicide and put me in jail also she warns me that she will kill me if i file divorce or get separated from her or if send her back to india i informed to her mother about this behaviour but i found no change,i have also investigate with sisters husband and found that her sister is also does same think as my wife he is also suffering hes residing in london we found no support from her mother also supports her she is teachi

Hi,After looking into you problem it is better to do Take your wife to psychotic in UAE and explains her behavior to Doctor and if you feel the situation is loosing your hand you may file a written complaint in police Station about her behavior. If possible vist casually to India and file a written complaint in police station at you place. This is to avoid worst scenarios.Then police may arrange counseling to her even though she dosent change her behaviour then you may file divorce before concerned court.To discuss more contact me
