What's the address proof required to file cheque bounce in bangalore court. Please suggest.
Actually adress proof is not required in cheque bounce case. Only condition that you must have presented cheque in one of bank which is situated in Bengaluru city and you have an bank. It itself goes to show that you are residing Bengaluru and cause of action arise in Bengaluru.
