Hi there, Check bounce case was running and suddenly this week n case order details I found this notification. Nature of Disposal: Uncontested--P.O. CONSIGN. Need proper explanation please. Check is off almost 30 lakhs rupees.
Case Disposed means heard and disposed off its finished.it means the case is over and the matter is not contested by the other party, its over finished no more hearing
Uncontested means that no one has opposed the case and hence whatever has been filed has been accepted since no one opposed it
