you want bail without arrest or presence in court negot you have to arrange bail bond or surety then the relief will come you have to visit the court otherwise hoe will you absolve yours otherwise then you can't be approached under the negotiable instrument act

for mere 80 thousand cheque dishonour matter, it is not suggested to go for an anticipatory bail because it is a costly affair. and also it will work only if the case is yet filed. better suggestion would be to appear in court. and get a bail on the same with less headache. the proceedings will follow either way. if you want go for an anticipatory bail or regular bail. for more clarification please feel free to contact me.
