Transferring the case from one court to another
23-Oct-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Hi, My wife got a Cheque bounce notice from the lawer to her native address which is Nandyal (Kurnool Dist). But she is working in Cuddapah, hence she currently resides in Cuddapah. So she can't travel between Nandyal and Cuddapah for hearings and other court activities. So is it possible to transfer the case from Nandyal jurisdiction to Cuddapah. If yes, please tell us the procedure for the same.

You can file absent memo on days when your wife cannot appear in the court.
criminal cases, cheque bounce cases cannot be transferred from one court to another.
