Taken loan from NBFC of Rs 400000/- .

I have taken loan of Rs 400000/- against my property papers from Jana Bank. I am paying emi every month but bank filed a court case against me in banglore court and charged section 138 ,142 hearing date is 17 may 2019. I got summons from the court . I am living in New Delhi. I don't want go to Bengaluru Court . Please suggest me what should I do ?

Bank generally file cheques bounce case if you have failed to pay emi's. Legally speaking the jurisdiction is given to court where cheque bounce has happened.
Have they sent a legal notice before filing cheque bounce case? If not then the complaint can be dismissed.
I suggest you to hire a lawyer and get bail on the next date of hearing or else NBW will be issued. You dont need to come to bangalore on every hearing. Your presence is only required only on Defence evidence.
