Taken cheque from my friend and he is un available now

I have taken a cheque and 100rs empty stamp paper and 3 promsory notes from my friend and given 3,00,000 cash as loan. Now he changes his adress and phone number. If I deposit cheque it will bounce can I send notice to his old adress ? Or what I have to do.?
yes you can send notice to address you know where the accused resided, before you have to present the cheque and follow the due process to recover the amount. he/she can be traced and arrested in the process after filing a complaint U/s 138 NI act.
