Summons from court for cheque bounce...

I have got summons from court for cheque bounce and i got to know that its a bailable offence Should i take bail on my first hearing? Can i get time

Hi, under section 138 of NI act is available option and on the day of first hearing your Advocate will go with the Pay application and cash surety. You need not to take separate bail for this before the hearing of the case. you can defence your case by saying that not plead guilty.

Dear Sir, If you appear in person then you have to get bail. Preferably ask your advocate to appear and file Exemption Application on medical grounds etc and under take for your or file vakalat for you. Any way you get ready for taking bail on next court hearing date. If you have not sureties they get ready to deposit five to twenty thousand as security deposit. It is only a simple case.
