Summons from court for cheque bounce...
12-Sep-2024 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I have got summons from court for cheque bounce and i got to know that its a bailable offence
Should i take bail on my first hearing? Can i get time
Dear Sir,
If you appear in person then you have to get bail. Preferably ask your advocate to appear and file Exemption Application on medical grounds etc and under take for your or file vakalat for you. Any way you get ready for taking bail on next court hearing date. If you have not sureties they get ready to deposit five to twenty thousand as security deposit. It is only a simple case.
