Stolen Cheque And Threatening For 5lakhs

I have lost my signed cheque in my office 2 years ago and i have requested to bank to stop the payment and also I have given compliant to police station also. Now one of my colleague Has stolen and now he threatening me "i have 3 cheques i will file a case for 5lakhs" please tell me what to I am worried
Have you, in writing, issued a stop payment service to the bank?
Was there a date and amount indicated on the cheque? Or a blank one?
