Salary cheque bounced What legal action can I take

28-Jul-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I left my job this month after giving my notice last month. My company held my salary for the month of May and June and after lots of discussion(arguments), they issued me a pay cheque(excluding arrears) on 10th July. But when I deposited the cheque, it bounced due lack of sufficient balance. What course of action should I take now?

you should serve a legal notice as soon as possible by help of any legal person and file the case under s/138 N.I act if he donot pay the amount

Firstly your advocate will demand a sum of amount ( which is mentioned in cheque ) through a legal notice in the period of one month of cheque bounce . After fifteen days you have filed a complaint under section 138 n.I.act.
