U have filed a complaint under section 494 (bigamy) IPC directly made of class 1magistrate and not for lodged with police.only in the state of andhra Pradesh this offance has been made as cognizable offance hence a fir can lodged with police. Acussed shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years and shall also be liable to fine
