Goodevening ,
The said cheque which has been bounced should be against any legally enforceable Debt to satisfy the ingredients of section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. In your case it depends on how and why your friend had a blank cheque with him and what allegations he has made in the notice or complaint. However, if there is no legally enforceable debt you need not worry as you can file a discharge application under section 251CrPc at the initial stage itself. Also , if the said cheque has been taken by fraud or coercion I would suggest you file a written complaint to the concerned police station.

Dear querist
You know that your friend filed false case. But he has to proof in court that such transaction is valid transaction. You should counter the same. Please engage any good counsel, who will defend

Firstly a case has to be made out if a legal debt was due only if you had no liability of paying anything to him then the case will be not maintainable and also file case of breach of trust and cheating against your so called friend.
