landlord keeps the original lease deed and its photocopy carried by the tenant, that through the description of the lease deed the tenant also get the certified copy from the registrar office by paying nominal fees

My mother in law live in delhi she is more than 60 years old , she go to her village deoria ( near gorakpur) up. In her village her 2 sons break her hand and makes marpeet etc, she file a case in deoria and comes to delhi, she wants transfer the case in delhi because she is senior citizen and not travel to many times in delhi to deoria

for transferring a case from one state to another, you have to file a petition under section 406 of the criminal procedure code, 1973 in supreme court and in your case you have strong reason, supreme court will transfer your case from deoria to delhi.

you have the option to go into the Appeal where the appellate authority have the power to entertain the additional evidence the case or the court have the power to remand back the case in order to prove your case

trial of the case has been proceeded against you and to avoid this liability you have the opportunity of cross examination of your friend in which you have to proof that the his case is false and vexatious.

Q: What can i do if parents torture physically emotionally and mentally

I'm a 21 years old girl. My parents torture me physically and mentally. They abusing me, beat me any time without any reason. They beat me with many things like- wood, shoes, chappals etc. I am suffering many health issues my weight is loosing much faster, paining in my whole body, my mussels are tighten etc. I was told to my parents but they ignored it. They never go to doctor with me. They don't give me money for purchasing clothes or anything else. I'm doing job. I don't have any right on my salary. They take my complete salary. Even they forced me to leave the job. My clothes are completely damaged, shoes are full with smell. hand bag is also damaged. I feel too imbaresing everywhere i go. I'm suffering from borderline personality disorder and I'm extremely hypersensitive. I was leave my house on 4th may 2018. I feel much better now. My friend told me that your father file police complaint against you. Please help me.. what should I do. I don't want to live with my parents.

you have to file complaint against your parents in local police station and also to the DCP and Commissioner of Police and thereafter file writ petition for protection in high court after that police provide protection and you may also give public notice in the newspaper of severing of relations with your parents.
