Do not listen his words. Because he goes on saying postpone his words till the exaust period. You have to respond within 15 days from the date of bounced the cheque. You have to meet a lawyer and arrange to send him a legal notice through lawyer. This must be done immediately.Legal Remedies available in case your cheque is bounced. Cheque bounce is a criminal offence in India, covered under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. I can help you in this regards.

Hello sir
First you have to send a legal notice for which you have to meet advocate along with supporting documents like invoices, email chats, wastpp chat, etc etc which can show your amount conversations

Hi
You should issue cheque bounce notice within 15 days from the date of cheque bounce to the neighbour shop.
You should also file a cheque bounce suit under 138 Negotiable instruments act within 45 days from the date of cheque bounce in the court having jurisdiction of the bank where the cheque was deposited.
