Hello Sir,
I understand your problem. It is pertinent to mention that there is no compromise in criminal matter is done. also if you want to convict the accused, there is a already a pending case against him. If you pursue this matter technically he will be convicted.

Dear Sir/Madam,

In reference to your query this is to inform you that you may file an Appeal against the impugned Judgment of the Hon'ble Superior Court before the Hon'ble High Court (Competent Jurisdiction). further, please also note that since the proceedings in the Negotiable Instruments Act, are quasi criminal in nature no Court would proceed to convict the accused merely upon the sweet will of the complainant, if the accused willing to pay his entire liabilities. Further, this is being advice to your good self that please visit a qualified Advocate in person for further query, consultation etc.
Thanks & Regards,
Adv. Abdul Kader,
(Delhi High Court)

Dear sir/ Mam,
as your question is not readable, much I have understood that you want to know that how to file an appeal if you are not satisfied with the decision of the court, then, in that case, you should have a copy of final order/ judgment and drafted appeal.
