How we can save him
file bail application before and go on bail to contest the trial. you will have to contest the case. court will grant bail definitely because if any person came in the court first time Court is bound to release the accused on bail.

there are many ways to do this one is to file bail if you are declared po without ever been presented in the case if you have been po after filing previous bail then it might prove a little hard plus it will depend on the circumstances and the preciding office how the same treats you and believes your contentions to be true or not as such you have to file bail whatsoever
