Person not ready to give me time to pay him, what to do

Mane 150000 k do cheque diye huye h unki date nikl gyi h but usme mane ussey 40000 de diye h 110000 baki h jiske liye wo mera against case file kr rha h jbki mai ussey dena k liye taiyar hu but mjhey time chahiye or wo mjhey wo de nhi rha h time what can i do
If cheque are more then 3 months old then those cheque are useless to him. You need not worry about case he will be unable to file. The only option for him to wait or demand for new cheque. Which you can provide according to you convince.

आपको कोई नोटिस मिला और 110000₹ का चेक जो आपने दिया था उसमें डेट आपने खुद डाली
आप व्यक्तिगत रूप से उनसे कह सकते है।
के वो कुछ दिन बाद ले ले यदि आपके खिलाफ कोई केस हुआ है तो अधिवक्ता के माधयम से कुछ समय ले लीजिये अगर जज साहब दे दे तो।

You need not to worry if you want to pay but can not pay immediately. In case he gives any legal notice you can reply through your advocate that you have already paid 40000 and balance amount you will pay within the time which you want to fix. Nothing will happen.
