A and B r friends .A Asked 50000rs from B with a promise to pay back in 3 months.B agreed and asked his friend C to give money. Only bank transaction is proof . A later refuses to pay back...who can sue B or C .and how can they get money back

Q: How can I be saved from a case of recovery where I was just a medium

A friend of mine gave money to some railway employee through my bank account. After an year he demands his money back. The railway employee said that he needs time to repay his money back. Now as the money was transferred through my account,he is asking me to return his money with an interest of 18%. He's constantly giving suicide threat and says that if anything happens to him is because of my father. Q: Procedure to change registered GPA into Registered property

I will purchase a property in Uttarchal Colony, Behta Hazipur, Loni, Ghaziabad. But the property is registered GPA. I want to know can I transfer from GPA to registry in Ghaziabad. .

Q: How can a home loan be transferred from one name to another

There is loan from bank for a home. Loan is in name of my father but he is no more now now so we ant to get laon transfer to my mother's name. What is the leaflet procedure for that is succession certificate required
