Dear Brother आप परेशान न हो चेक की डेट निकल जाने पर वोह कुछ नही कर सकता और आप इमानदार इंसान है आप की नियत उसकी रकम लोटने की है उसको केस करने दो वोह खुद ही फस जायेगा क्यों की कोर्ट आप को टाइम देगी आप के अनुसार जो भी टाइम मानगोगे I

Q: Running a proprietorship but yet not filed FORM-52

I have been running a proprietorship firm since Aug of FY-2014-15 but till date I have not filed FORM-52

Dear Sir,Do't wary, If you are not filed Form 52(Annual Return) then concerned Sector officer should be issued a notice under section 54(1)(22) of the UPVAT Act,for penalty upto 10000/- but this notice issued time ward and now he will issue a notice under 28(1) for finalize if the assessment then you shall appear along with books of account as well Annual Return Form 52.

Q: How will GST be calculated as I am I cloth trader ?

i am a new registered person under composition. not required to be registered in earlier regime. opted composition scheme question on old stock remained on 01 july 2017 will i have to pay tax on that amount also. i am a cloth trader so much amount be paid on old stock? in which form i have to put detail of my old stock? kindly also confirm the last date for submission of the form also.

Dear Sir,You will calculate GST at 5% on your Fabric Sale.If you are sale within state then you will charged 2.5% SGST and 2.5% CGST and If you are sale Interstate(Out Side State then You will Charged 5% IGST as well as suplly to SEZ unit then you will have to charged IGST 5%
