Hello, Sir, we usually receive cheque as a general business practise, but some of our client feels so easy when their cheque gets bounced even for the 3rd time and they actually deny to make a payment with no justification. Do we have any right to claim our amount? If Yes, Under which law and any related section you think we should consider. Please let us know, we are a small business concern and due to some fraudulent trader, we are not able to comply with our promises we made to our lenders...Plz help

Hello sir, i come up with the solution that if one party gives a cheque to another party and the cheque bounced this is cover in the criminal case which come under section 138 of negotiable instrument act.

You can file case against cheque dishounerd cases in who given cheque his laibal for given amount of time. If he is not given your cheque amount then you can file case against her 138 case against tham. If he is not pay amount than court gives you cheque amount and penalties with jail.
