Sir in this querry first of all I tell you that it is the duty of the police officers to file a fir in the police station and in you case first tell me that in what case you will going to file a fir in the police station?
Q: Possession notice by bank ,Procedure to get stay order against possession of property by bank
how can i get stay order as my property has been possessed by bank and bank is not going into ots, as i need stay order to make pressure on bank?, can bank auction property without physical possession ?

In this case where you have taken a loan from bank and now you are not paying bank dues but bank has not going to ots you can get the stay order by the court. From the court you can get the stay order.
Q: What to do if police is not taking action after FRI ?
Sir I have put FIR with the help of court in(156(3)) but police have not do investigation as per or have not arrested people and submit the report in court after 6 month. what to do if police is not taking action ?, Any other option open for me

In this query you have asked for me that if a police office does not start any investigation to the matter then you have to file the application to the magistrate of section 210 crpc then the court xan asked for report by the police.
