Q: Can a company file a case of cheque bounce for the payment due

If a party X whom bill is being issued,provides the cheque from company Y as a full consideration for the payment due from Y,and the cheques bounces,what is the legal recourse available to me against the party and does section 138 of negotiable instruments act applicable?

Q: Payment denied even after cheque bounced three times

Hello, Sir, we usually receive cheque as a general business practise, but some of our client feels so easy when their cheque gets bounced even for the 3rd time and they actually deny to make a payment with no justification. Do we have any right to claim our amount? If Yes, Under which law and any related section you think we should consider. Please let us know, we are a small business concern and due to some fraudulent trader, we are not able to comply with our promises we made to our lenders...Plz help

Q: How will I calculate the 15 days after sending legal notice?

If I send 15 days legal notice on 1.12.17,by letter,then what will be the date of 15 days completion ie notice period if I don't know date of receipt of notice?

Aapne kis tarah ka notice send kiya h aap wo btaye kyoki ydi aapne notice nikari chodne ke.liye diya h ya aapne.cheque bounce hone par notice diya h ye aapko btana chahiye kyoki bina in baton ke.jane.aapki problem ka solution nhi diya ja skta h

Q: Liability of the insurance company in a 3rd party insurance

Hi Sir meri car se ek accident hua tha sep'17 mai n wo tk tha so usko maine ambulance mai bej kar mai waha se nikal aaya tha but usne mere against mai after 10 days ek fir dal di n is bare mai muje koi khabar nai thi maine apni car company mai tk karai n insurance company ko unki demand per ek letter diya Rs 100/- ke stamp paper per jime likha tha ki in my best knowledge koi FIR nai hai in 15th Nov'17 muje police station se call aaya ki ek fir hai n 16 Nov ko unhone mere ghar se meri car ko utha kar le gai 20 ko maine apni car court se release kara li hai. ab isme insurance company ko intimation kaise jayega or unka kya roll hoga claim ki libility insurance company bear karega ya muje karni hogi. mera insurance 3rd party insurance tha. please advice.

on the basis of your insurance policy your all third party liability take by the insurance company . That is complaint filed mact claim against you or your insurance company your give your specific reply to court.
