Dear client based on your question, Yes, you may file a writ petition before the High Court under Article 227 of the Constitution to seek directions for expediting the trial, especially if there has been undue delay. However, whether it will help depends on the specific facts and pendency at that court. It is advisable to consult your lawyer for proper drafting of the petition.

Well, you can certainly file a case in Bombay High Court to expedite your case under the concerned provisions of law, to get your case listed before High Court also, you need to show some sort of urgency, that, why you be heard first from the queue of people standing to get their cases listed to seek justice!

Your query is not clear. If your case has been filed in a wrong jurisdiction court, then you must request the current court to transfer the case to correct jurisdiction court. For expediting a cheque bounce case, you will require extraordinary reasons. The High court will not grant order for expeditious hearing merely out of convenience. In case you require any further legal assistance you may contact me.

Kindly, share more details of the case. if you have registered the complaint in mumbai it can be dissolved and transferred. However, you have no remedy available as if now since the matter is not listed before the original court. it is impossible that for two years there has been no moment. Your lawyer needs to mention the matter for urgent listing before magistrate court. Kindly , give more facts so that a precise advice can be given.
