NBW issued in cheque bounce case 138

Hi a nbw is issued in cheque bounce stating "Let the NBWs be issued against the accused no. 2 and 3 and notice to his
surety be also issued through SHO concerned on filing of PF for 5.08.2022." What is the meaning of this and how can i file cancellation of nbw as i will be available at next hearing.

To cancel NBW you need to immediately hire an advocate who will file Application for Cancellation of NBW u/s 72(2) CrPC . Police have power to arrest you in case of NBW ….we need more facts on this ..plz b in touch

File and application for cancellation of warrant with explanation for non appearance on date fixed.
