I have given 2 lakh to to my friend and he is refusing to return me

Sir I have given 200000 rupees to my friend and when I ask him to return he simply refused to return .When I told him that I will file an FIR against him he told me that I don't have any proof of transaction as I given him the money in cash .He also told me that he will file a false complaint that I am harassing him for money and I have given him the money on interest . I haven't given him the money on interest. He also threatens me that he will commit suicide and blame my family for his condition. I only have a 1000 RS blank stamp paper with his signature as a proof of transaction. Sir can you please suggest me what should I do. Sir I am pursuing my graduation and it took 3 years to save that much of money. So I will be very thankful to you if you help me. Eagerly waiting for your response.

You should file a criminal case against ur friend for the fraud and cheating to you.it can be file either in p.s or court where is ur jurirdiction.police will investigant and chargsheet and diary submitted to the court and after the warrant order he will punnish.contact to us for further proceeding..
