I give loan to one of my friend and his wife

Given loan at interest to one of my friend and he is not paying amount now i deposited his cheque in my bank which returned unpaid,what I do to recover my money
If the cheque is involved in your issue then first you have to send him a legal notice regarding the same. And after the expiry of 15 days if he doesn’t reply with the concerned money you have to file a case u/s 138 of NI Act.
