How to get bail in PO case after settlement

Me and the person who i need to pay has done out of court settlement of 2 lacs in 40k @5 emi..one emi already paid.but in court po has been issued against me which was nt in my knowledge,if we both go to court with agreement copy do this po get cancelled as i havnt recvd single notice since starting..second party also supporting me.

You can file a application in the same court for cancilation of po order and a noc from the other party to withdrwal of the case and once your po cancel by the court the you go for a closer apllication if you wise we can arrange all the things for you plz contact through this site.

It might be cancelled as all the settlement dsipites regarding payment should be done in court and in front of PO or a judge...and this mayter is of NI act cheque bounce..so agreement may be get cancelled..But u cam challenge the order that u havnt recieved any notice..okk

First of all you need to cancel the proceeedings of PO from the court by filing the desire application under CR.PC. before that if you approach the court you might be taken under custody and once it is done you can approach the court with settlement deed or agreement.
