Hi this is regarding your query that how much time cheque bounce case takes. I would like to inform you that there would be a delay in court process but maximum cheque bounce cases gets disposed within 6 months to 1 year

It will take minimum six Months time in the court. Also depends upon Petitioner’s evidence and Respomdent’s defence. Mere filling of cheque bounce case can not be treated as it is in favour of petitioner

cheque bounce case or promissory note case will take time one or two years generally but some times many years its depending on the trial , complications and some other legal issues , but there is specific guidelines to dispose cheque cases within 6 months cont.advocate
