Was the information mentioned in the notice is true? If so we can solve it mutually. If the information was false we can solve the same through honourable court, and if your husband is working in an MNC it would be a problem for his job

Dishonor of Cheque is an offence under Section 138 of NI Act and it is compoundable and you can settle it mutually with the person to whom you husband had give the alleged Cheque and there is no harm to your husband job

Hi,
First we have to see as to why he have issued the cheque and under what circumstances and their is nothing to worry as it is just a notice and you have to contest the case properly. If the person in whose name the notice is received don't attended after receiving the notice then it will be a problem . If you want to make the payment then it will be solved. If any thing goes adverse then it will be a problem.

Thanks
