Q: A false FIR is filed against us by SI

We have an on going land dispute which is also a false allegation by the accused party 6 members physically attacked 3 members from our family and hit all over the body of victims and abused verbally and physically. Accused intentionally hurt themselves until the cut started bleeding and ran to police station to file a complaint on us and trap us in attempt to murder case, FIR is filed on us as SI is supportive to the accused party(may be they bribed him) please advice us to come out of this

My father had sold our ancestral property in 1998 and 2005, but my brother and I were unaware of these transactions. For the other ancestral property sold, we were part of it, but for the ones sold in 1998 and 2005, we received no share. However, the revenue records still show my father’s name. Please tell us how we can get our rightful share in our ancestral property. Are we barred by the law of limitation? Is there any time limit to claim ancestral property? Can I claim ancestral property after 30 years? What is the time limit to claim ancestral property in India? Please provide a brief answer and mention the required documents.

1. Registered property documents
2. Encumbrance Certificate (EC) of the property
3. Family member certificate proving your relationship with the previous owners

I am from hindu family. I have one brother and he was living with my grand mother ( mother side). As per family understanding, it was agreed property of grand mother to my brother ( she dont have sons) & my father property to me. My father having one house , one acre land ( both purchased by own) , one acre (his mother given). My brother has interst on my father property.My father wanted to give me as gift to me. Since those are not ancestral propery, please tell me the legal opinion if he goes to court .
