Filing review petition stating counsel failed to submit the evidence

I lost the case of chq bouncing and accused got acquited because my counsel did not submit evidence along with the chq .Can i file review petition stating that my counsel failed to submit the evidence which i now want to submit.

Yes you can file the revision petition before the session court against the order of acquital. Section 311 Cr.P.C. empowers the Court to summon any material witness if his evidence appears to be essential for the just decision of the case. Section 311 Cr.P.C. is intended to arm the Judge with the most extensive power possible for the purpose of getting at the truth.

hi you can file appeal bu you cannot file new documents which were obtained by you and you did not file with the case . however new evidence you can file with appeal . like little knowledge is a dangerous thing , untrained advocate or you induce for less fees , resulted to defeated in case. another option you file civil recovery case . this option is available with you , you can fix a meeting with us, if interested thnx

You can file an appeal or criminal revision stating that advocate had for reasons to be detained did not bring the proper evidence on record and for his fault you should not suffer a proper order to the matter be given after considering the evidence .
