Q: Can I get my passport renewed if am charged under cheating

Mere pe case registered under ipc 419 and 420 or ek saal se kuch v nai hua mere case pe or na chargesheet submit hui h or mai ab passport renew karwana chahta hu kya karwa skta hu?please suggest me

yes you can renew your passport but for that you have to take NOC From the court by moving an appropriate application with the help of a lawyer. If the concerned court ask to show the rules/manuals where it is mention that the noc is required for the renewal of passport, then tab aap concerned court ko manuals show krdena jo har passport mei rehta hai . Q: What to do if the other party does not appear in court

Hi, We have applied for the bail from the court (KKD), but Investigating Officer and opposition family didn't show up today. The judge gave the new date, which is tomorrow. What if they still don't show up tomorrow, in that case, how can we get the bail?

Hi, i 25 years old male and have a business. A girl of 16 year old came to me as a customer and while we got into long chats and we both fell in love. Though i have never done anything sexual with her but her uncle is saying that even if you will contact her again i will file a case of sexual harassment against you. I jist confessed that i love her and i truly do but i have never done anything sexual not even touched her sexual parts. Is there any chance of getting me accused of it?

First of all she is a minor and suppose if any fir lodged against you the defence of consent does not applicable. Q: Action against husband physically & mentally abusing wife & son

My father mentally tortures me & my mother by many means. Also,he raises his hands on her & had started the same on me too from a while.he don't allow any of us to go to pay a visit to maternal family (v.v.v.rarely he allows like-1:10) I'm gonna be 18in SEP.27 and I'm the eldest child & had given 12 board exams as per the 2017-18 session.im financially dependent on my family but willing to work for a living .im emotionally bounded bcz he is my FATHER. .
