What was the mode of payment for 1.5L? Was it by cash? If it was paid by account, that alone proves that the value is exorbitant and the case fails for the claimant. You can send for handwriting expert so that your father’s handwriting and the handwriting in the cheque can be compared. Difference of ink or handwriting both can be identified. Try the comparison of handwriting by court or through expert.
