Maine ek ladies se intrest per paiSe liye the jo mai poore return kr diye us ladies ne mujhse security ke liye 2 cheque ek 100 rs ka stamp liya tha jo usne mujhe return nhi kia balke mujko 325000 ka notice bhej diya hai jo je bilkul galat hai wo mujhe pareshan kr rahi hai plz suggestion me help peb
Misusing of security cheque is very common menace now a days. aapne jo paise ka lenden kiya tha vo sab nakad me kiya tha ya bank se? or kya legal notice me usne byaj pe paise dene ki baat sweekar ki hai? agar ki hai to ye vaise bhi illegal hai kyonki iske liye licence chahiye. aapne security cheques blank sirf sign karke diye the ya bharke. kafi baten hain jo jane bina aapko sahi ray dena mushkil hai.

You have not coeared in which mode you have returned his due- cash or through cheque.secondly if she has taken stamppaper and cheque as guarantee then why u have not taken return all these documents.have you returned the due in presence of some person/ taken any receipt,if not then try to solve this u both . legally your point is weak.
