False Accusataion By dealer On Fake Loan and cheque bounce case

I am Narender Singh Bisht Currently Residing At Nehru Vihar House No 272. I was Working At Veer Service Station Majnu Ka Tila In Past And There They have Forecely Retained Cheque Book And Passbooks From Starting of mine by viren Bijlani Proprietor Of the Veer Service Station As of now The have terminated Me From The service and are falsely accusing me Under Fraud Case By Misusing Of My Cheque books They have Sent Us False Notices Of false fraud cases with cheque bounce and from Bank also we do

notices which have been issued to you are from court Or not. and if they are from court then you have to appear into court. it's false or not now that will be decided in the court only. have you given the complaint against them

It's advisable for you to first of all lodge a missing complaint of your cheque book as well as your passbook. And as far as the proprietor is concerned you should also complain about the owner of the company for illegally detaining your documents that belong to you. Nine six four three one eight three five nine one ( contact ) is not possible you need urgent personal legal advise and avoid to sent to you jail.

That delay makes life endangered. Make advance cheque complaint and put amount in cheque.

Sir first of all we have to file an FIR and make stop payment to your all cheques. That the secod step is that we have to give a prompt reply to all legal notices under section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act which would help us to create a good defence in court of law. Ignoring the legal notices will face you sevior legal consequences.
