I constructed a floor on my DDA flat as like every other person in my neighbourhood has constructed upon their flats but the ground floor owner is saying that I cannot construct another floor on my flat he is saying that it is illegal. yes you can construct floor but with the prayer permission from DDA because modification and amending the fruits if some neighbourhood you to do something obstructing to do something then it is your absolute right to file a case against them.
