Q: Avoid future maintanence of girl child after paying one time

For a matrimonial one time alimony settlement an amount of around 50 lacs has been decided which will be paid to wife and daughter.Please confirm paying 25L to each one of them can help avoid daughter's claim of maintenance in future as per below?1) Demand draft is paid in the name of daughter 2) A break up of amount is provided in the deed which clearly mentions say 20L for girl's education and maintenance and 5L for her wedding.

Q: Husband lives abroad not coming

Husband left for abroad ,has PR and started disputes once reached there. Now he wants divorce but wife has put a condition that she will sign the final papers only if he comes to India. Q: Can a Deed of Compromise be Cancelled if obtained through unfair means

Respected sir,I have entered into a Deed of Compromise with my husband before the Notary Public, but at the time of signing of the Deed of Compromise my husband alongwith his lawyer mentioned some of the clauses which are not in favour of me as well as after the execution of the Deed of Compromise, my DV case has been disposed of.Kindly let me know if there is any possible means to Cancel/ revoke the deed of Compromise which was obtained by my husband using pressure upon me.
