Due to cheque bouce I am get threatning By the financier

I have given my cheque for my husband debt. Now i am not with my husband. I am separated.The financier has put my cheque. The account is get closed now. The legal advicer of that financier is threatning me that he they will file an complaint. Now what i have to do.

do not get panic. if you are legally seperate from your husband then no issues. you can file a criminal case against the financier and his legal advisor. the section 200 of CrPC provide for that. the jm has the power to inquiring about the case

Alright mam when did u gave cheque and for what purpose and did you signed any document related to the debt that your husband received . Did you receive any notice pertaining to that ??? ..

hi madam sir. you told not with my husband. so you have any legally separated or normally separated and first you sent to the notice for that financier regarding cheque return
