Q: Parents kept me in house arrest & not leaving me back to continue job

Am a girl of 25 yrs old and working as an IT professional in chennai. I came for new year leave to native and after that my parents are not leaving me back to work. I did my 10th(CBSE) in the year 2010 and 12th (Tamil Nadu board) in the year 2012.I changed my religion and so changed my name too through legal procedures. I have gazette copies of my changed name. How can I change my name in 10th CBSC marksheet and in my 12th Tamil Nadu board marksheet? It is too important for me to change my name in my marksheets because government exams demand submission of such certificates.
