I have given my cheque for my husband debt. Now i am not with my husband. I am separated.The financier has put my cheque. The account is get closed now. The legal advicer of that financier is threatning me that he they will file an complaint. Now what i have to do.

Q: Parents kept me in house arrest & not leaving me back to continue job

Am a girl of 25 yrs old and working as an IT professional in chennai. I came for new year leave to native and after that my parents are not leaving me back to work. They want me to sit in home for 3 months and marry the guy they choose which is dictated by relatives for which am not interested. I want to get out of home and continue my job in chennai. Please suggest what i should do now? I want to lead my life on my own and not based on what others say.

Q: Doubts regarding changing my name in my school certificates

I did my 10th(CBSE) in the year 2010 and 12th (Tamil Nadu board) in the year 2012.I changed my religion and so changed my name too through legal procedures. I have gazette copies of my changed name. How can I change my name in 10th CBSC marksheet and in my 12th Tamil Nadu board marksheet? It is too important for me to change my name in my marksheets because government exams demand submission of such certificates.

if a person is voluntarily obstructing ur path way then you should have approach the nearest police station .. By the way of wrongful restraint accordingly that is the way in legal aspects.
