Company not giving interest according to agreement

I did invested in property trading for 1 year and got monthly intrest but after the maturity of agreement i did applied for refund and company issued a cheque after take their agreement. but cheque bounced due to stop payment by company. than they issue PDC cheque for February against bounced cheque but they sms me to dont deposit cheque

If there is volation of terms and conditions of the agreement the. You file suit for performance of agreement and revert the interest front the party of o agreement. This is the only remedy in your case

The validity period for cheques are months. You can persuade him to make payment within 1 months or two months from date of issue of Cheque and even if he does not pay, you can deposit the cheque in your bank account. If that is honoured that is perfect, however, if it gets dishonoured then you can filed complaint before a magistrate in term of section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act after complying the conditions therein.
