Hello,
First let me ask you if you have any written proof of the agreement between you and the said company? If yes then it will be very helpful to you.
Secondly, do you know the content of the notice, without knowing the content I cannot give any suitable reply.
What may happen is that the company may have filed a case against you and you will have to defend yourself. You need to first provide the answers to the questions posted by me, only then I can give you a proper reply.
I also suggest you hire a lawyer as soon as possible.

Regards,

First you confirm that , is there any agreement between you and the company . if there is any point in the agreement mentioned any helping factors for taken back of the goods or sold by the representative of the company . Secondly , you must reply to the notice which is sent by the company.

If u have recieved any legal notice then send back a reply of ur story.... if u donot they might initiate a case under s.138 NI Act. If they have sent u a summon for a case of diff nature u hv to defend it..... let the court interfare for a justice.
